    Gamepass Ultimate Benefits not arriving..


    Hey there,
    i have yet to receive my 3 months of Discord Nitro or my month of EA Access. A friend of mine already got his codes through a message on his Xbox but i didn't receive mine yet.

    Dunno if this is a common problem or if this promotion only applies to new subscribers and not long time subs to Gamepass.

    or just wait for the family plan of gamepass if it ever gets full release, then you all get the benefits of gamepass ultimate on one sub that costs slightly more.

    Also I need to mention that I still have the benefits for gold, and can play online. i also bought the gamepass that was on sale for a dollar, is it a regular gamepass or a ultimate?

    It depends on what kind of subscription you have. The gamepass and gold are usually two separate subscriptions, but the game pass ultimate subscription includes both gamepass and gold. If you have the ultimate subscription, then cancelling it would also
    cancel your gold benefits.

    If you had gold or gamepass before upgrading to ultimate they will appear as cancelled under your subscriptions but since Ultimate is Gold + Gamepass you still have all the benefits of both services.

    The time you had remaining got converted to Ultimate so you lost nothing. No need to worry about that.

    Gamepass for console.doesn't include core or ultimate gold benefits

    Seige is an online only game so it's mandatory to have core or ultimate
