Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you attempting to cancel your subscription on an Xbox One, Windows 10 computer or a mobile device? What is the error message or
error code that appears when you try to cancel the subscription? We have a support article that has some examples of

what can hinder you from cancelling your subscription. It also explains how to resolve the issues. Be sure to let us know the results

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand have issue with gamepass subscription. What has happened is since the month is over the subscription has renewed for the 3 months at original price. You would be best to request a call from support as
they will be able to look at the account with you.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

hello, when I upgraded to gamepass Ultimate as you, my gold was cancelled too. it´s nomal. Now you have gamepass and Gold membership in one service. don´t worry. Just check when is your billing date for cancel if you don´t want pay when its finished.
