    Hey guys,

    i have an annoying issue with the xbox and microsoft store app. I did install Fallout 76 a while ago and stopped playing a few months ago. I did not delete the game from my C disk, but the game couldn't be found in my xbox library anymore. Today i tried
    to install the game on an new disk, which just didn't happen (hit install, chose disk, nothing happend, repeat ...) i searched for the old folders and deleted them, which didn't solve anything.

    I can't install the game on C, i can't install it on an other disk. The few remaining old files are not deletable but shouldn't be able to cause any problems... any ideas?

    I did and they re-direct me to here. Also, same issue is happening when trying to install other games from gamepass. Guess I'll just go for a refund since nothing is working.

    Xbox game pass taking away games I´ve paid for.

    it is because the licence from gamepass supersedes all other until it ends, sometimes the it forgets to switch the licence back, you have several options, remove your account and re sign in, or uninstall the game and re install.

    if none of these are a viable option then contact customer support as it is then an account issue that cannot be handled here.

    have you deleted anything on pc or re installed windows as a lot of gamepass pc games don't have cloud saving.

    I think it sounds like an issue with the gamepass Maybe. Have you tried to re-install the game Maybe?

    Is Anyone Else Not Able To Install Gears 5 Through Game Pass On PC?

    I am now having this issue with Gears 5 on the xbox. It wouldnt place me online, done a hard reset then said game needs an update but cant find it at the moment, i uninstalled the game and then when i try to re-install it is just keeps coming up saying
    Installation stopped but i can download any other games from the gamepass with no issues
