    So little backstory, i been having gamepass ultimate that expires until 2024 and i games shared with my friend but now he has my gamepass that i plaid with my money and i don't have permission of it anymore. He has MY gamepass, while i don't. It tells me that i HAVE to buy it in order to play like others who don't have it. So i want it back but he won't respond. Is there a way for you guys to make it come back to me

    You should never let anyone else have access to your account. That violates the code of conduct and can put you and him at risk for being banned. You should change your account password.

    If the subscription is on his account, then you do not own the subscription do you would need to buy it on your own account in order to own it. If it was bought on his account, he would need to set your console as his Home so you could access it.
