Gamepass not working, but i payd.

I was try to pay a 3 month gamepass, from Microsoft store, but i get just an error message.

I cheked it my bank account, and the amount is less from my account.

I cheked my Microsoft payment and billing history. There was not any billing amount, or something. Just nothing.

Not send me any verification e-mail, or something.

What happend?

Please help me for this problem.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If you got an error message, you shouldn't have been charged for Game Pass. It still might be best to contact

support or your bank to see what exactly charged your account.
