Gamepass Mobile App Crashes Every Time I Open It

Gog, or it's an operating system or network compatibility error.

You can try to use xcloud services through the browser, and if the error still persists, you can configure your network.

If you have a PC or Console:

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

1. May we know if you can download apps and games from Microsoft Store with no issue?
   
2. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
   
3. May we ask if you happen to notice an error message or code when the Xbox app crashes? Please post a screenshot of the error and conceal any personal information.
   
4. Is the computer you are using a Work or Personal one? Is this connected to domain? Or was this customized computer?
   
5. Are we on Windows 8.1, 10 or 11?
   

We may recommend troubleshooting steps once we have receive your responses to the questions above since you almost perform troubleshooting before posting here.
