    I have game pass ultimate. Seeing that subscribers have access to EA Play now, I started downloading Battlefield 5 on my PC. Game pass said the download had started and indeed, it downloaded 16 gb worth of game files. Sometime overnight, however, the download stopped for whatever reason. The next morning, the game pass app showed the download as paused, but will not allow me to resume. The EA Desktop doesn't even acknowledge the game is present, but last night it showed me the percentage of game data downloaded. If I can't get the download to resume, how do I remove the incomplete data so that I can try reinstalling it again?

    It's a Xbox gamepass region it's not the issue

    Gamepass codes are region locked

    He does live in an Xbox gamepass region the issue is he.purchased the cheap price 6months for 1 dollar

    There is a gamepass bug around because many ppl are having issues lately
    what are you on about, he is not having issues with gamepass as such, just that the game wont start because it has now left gamepass.

    subscription microsoft took the liberty i renewed the 15th and was canceled the 16th i assumed i had until i expired to add a new billing option wrong i was now i have to wait for a refund i didnt even want seems legit

    Unfortunately you were given incorrect advice. Game Pass games can only be played while they are on Game Pass or if you buy the game. If you still had the disc for GTA you would still play it. Unfortunately for both games you would gave to buy them again
    in order to continue playing them.
