    Hello, I am a gamepass ultimate subcriber. In the last days I'm having a weird issue whenever I try to play a cloud game, I get a message "You are signed in on multiple devices: sign back in to continue playing". I am not signed in on any devices since I only use the console (Xbox series S), I don't play Gamepass on my PC. Any ideas that could help? Thank you!

    I did the reset as Jesse E suggested but unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I am not using the phone app. and I don't use that account to log in to Windows.

    A few days ago there was a console update and I am almost convinced that this issue started after this update.

    Again, this is very frustrating since I'm paying Gamepass Ultimate mainly to be able to play cloud games. I don't use the full potential of Ultimate since I don't play on my pc.

    If someone can give me more suggestions I would be very grateful.

    Again, issue is: when I try to play a cloud game, I get this message "You are signed in on multiple devices: sign back in to continue playing". I have reset console and I also have created a passkey. Nothing worked so far.

    if you use the same account just to log into windows then it can do this too, even if not using gamepass on pc, also using the mobile app sometimes triggers it.

    If it works from that link, then I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

    If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

    Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.
