Gamepass is causing my pc to crash

Hello olddragonknight, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

My gamepass is payed gears5 still work, it's the update which crash certain games; some are affected, others dont; but it's the update of the gamepass app which caused all this mess

Please, follow these steps:

Open the Terminal window by pressing the Windows Key + X and Select "Open Powershell as Administrator".

Type this command: sfc /scannow

Press Enter.

Then, type this command:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install a game again.

You get the gamepass on your xbox or pc?

Are different subscriptions unless you have gamepass ultimate cause provides xbox live gold, gamepass for xbox and pc

1. gamepass ultimate will not cause a crash.

2. warzone does not need gamepass ultimate or even gold to play as it's free to play.

3. it could very well be a problem with your xbox, the connection or something else.

4. how can it be disrespected if your game crashes, if it keeps doing it restart your console or re download the game.
