    It sounds like you want to simply HIDE the game from your library. You'll never be able to completely wipe the transaction of you accepting the original addition to your library but you can use the Hide feature to hide from your library and the only way
    to see it will be somewhere deep in your purchase history.

    By 'have it through gamepass', you mean that at some point, I would have had to click the download button on that game's store page and had it be listed in my library, correct? That's what I was confused about, because the game that I successfully posted a review for is not in my library and I have never interacted with it in any way via Microsoft, be it on PC Gamepass, through the console, or website.

    No. The only thing I've done with games in the library are hide a few (which I just ended up un-hiding.)

    On Windows you cannot remove a game from your library, you can only uninstall it.

    On Xbox, even though you cannot remove the game from your library, you can hide it. Just highlight the game, press start (or Xbox button), then hide.
