    I believe hydrothunder is one of the greatest Xbox 360 games to ever exist compared to most other games and it deserves some recognition. I believe this would also be accomplished as Microsoft did make the game. What do you guys think?

    That's a good suggestion but I'm not sure we'll see it. Xbox has already announced that they will no longer be adding backwards compatible titles.

    The game is frequently on sale and has been games with gold. I expect if it's not in gamepass there is some kind of external reason, possibly related to the licensing of the franchise.
