As mentioned the beta is shutting down

And they are tweaking the plans to the mass market

Respectfully, I understand all this but, I only have this subscription for me and her. She was also to recieve an offer at the end of the day for some free months from our understanding. Now Microsoft removed her at random. I was still billed the full amount for the subscription a week ago, meaning it still active and being payed for by me for this coming month. But I am not recieving the product I payed for. All due respect, not wanting to debate this with people trying to help but, where I'm from that is called fraud. This is unacceptable. The fact that I can not argue this simple case with someone from Microsoft is unacceptable.

Simple case of "Sorry Sir, we see her account was active till the weekend and something happened, let us fix it quick" was all I needed.
