    13 days ago i bought gamepass with spotify premium, discord nitro and ea access. i did not know where i could redeem them so i contacted support and they said wait 10 days and we'll give you them in an email. so i was there waiting 10 days nothing. so
    i contacted support again and he said he'll contact the person in charge for gaming and he'll help me in less then 24 hours. so i waited for a day still nothing. then i wanted to contact support again and said they were closed and open again on monday. i just
    wanted to know is there any way i can get my hand on them. just in case you are wondering i dont have a xbox

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. There are a couple different ways. If you own an Xbox console, if you tab over to the game pass section on home screen. You will see a tile that says claim your Ultimate gifts now. If you do not have an Xbox one console,
    check the email you sign in with for ways on how to redeem. If they are not there you will have to contact support unfortunately.

    Your advice on what to do if you do not have a console does not work. Nothing by email, and even with an "escalated" support ticket where I was told the codes would arrive in Xbox Beta App or Companion App, there are no codes in those apps 2 weeks later.

    Live is the service you need to pay to play online. Gamepass is a service which let you play games that are in the gamepass for no extra costs exept the fe for the gamepass.

    I got a bonus week on game pass ultimate subscription

    I have not noticed but will check later :) . A week extra of GamePass is always nice, but GamePass is worth every penny as so many great games on there.
