    Hi there Daddy_koda23! I'm very sorry to hear that :( sometimes codes can bug out, maybe try restarting your console? If you already have then it's likely that someone may have already used the code if you bought the controller second-hand from a retailer.

    Have you previously used Game Pass? The codes are only for new subscribers.

    Keep in mind they have to be in the same region as you if they are in the newly expanded pc xbox gamepass regions it wont work since only gamepass pc will work there and they have to be in the Windows insiders program

    Hello there,

    Yes absolutely! You can redeem any combination of gamepass/gold/ultimate code at any time. The only restriction regarding gamepass ultimate codes is you wont be able to redeem on top of the limit of 36 months or 3 years. Anything less than that, no restrictions.
