    Gamepass code not working


    I recently received a code through Geforce rewards for 3 months free gamepass, yet when I follow the link to redeem it it doesn't work. For context, I've used a different free code for gamepass before as it came with my laptop. Am I still able to redeem this new one?

    May I ask what is the exact error message that you're getting?

    Also, promotional codes are usually for first-time users only.

    I bought the xbox elite series 2 controller, and I must say I really like it but it came with 14 day ultimate code and I typed it in then my xbox says "This code has already been redeemed"

    Unfortunately, the Nvidia promotional PC Game Pass offer is available to new Game Pass members only. I'm afraid this is the reason why you are experiencing issues redeeming your code.

    For your reference, these are the terms listed on Nvidia's website:

    "3 Months PC Game Pass Promotion ends 7/5/24 12AM PT, or while supplies last. Redeem at microsoft.com/redeem by 8/30/24. Valid for new Xbox Game Pass members only. Valid payment method required.
