gamepass and xbox website wont let me login

Hi,

Recently, i wanted to play sea of thieves, and noticed, that i could not log in to my account. The screen just goes black and a few minutes later it just switches back to the main gamepass menu. I have tried to log on to the xbox website with my account but there is almost the same problem, the website loads, and the reloads the main page. The only website i could log on to was microsoft.com. Everytime i click on the xbox section, it just logs me off and i cant log in again.

If I may ask, are you playing on Xbox or PC? It will help us determine the steps we can perform to fix the issue. If you're on PC, kindly check if you have any pending updates.

Press the Windows Key

Type in Check for Updates

Select Check for Updates

Both NZ and US wont let me login(Site and link). Unfortunately the website gets sent back to the main screen that I started with, so there are no error messages or login screens.

Also it might be easier if i send a screen recording of me trying to login? Is there a way I can get this to you?

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein You are getting an error message "You already own this." When you try to buy a game pass again.

Let’s work together in finding the best solution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• On the account you're using to buy the game, are you able to see the transaction and license for it?

• Have you already tried to use a different browser to check if it has the same behavior?

• What device are you currently using for this purchase?

In the meantime, we would like you to try the steps provided down below:

Go to Microsoft account | Order history then check if it is already there. If not try making a purchase using a different method by using a PC, Xbox or just use a different browser to check if the issue still persist.

If the issue still persist, please let us know so we can continue our conversation about this matter.
