    GamePass achievement not unlocking for 2 days


    How everyone,

    I’ve been experiencing an issue with gamepass achievements for 2 days now.

    “Play with GamePass” & “Play Haven” achievements are not unlocking despite the fact that have been playing Haven and many others gamepass games on Series X and Xcloud …

    Any idea on how to solve this ?

    Same issue.

    For 6 days, gamepass play a game daily has no credit

    Haven game did not do a credit, and it was the weekly quest

    Tried for 7 days

    I was on with xbox support on Twitter, and did several xbox Reset strategies...they stopped responding after an hour of communications

    Rebooted xbox

    Reset xbox one

    Cloud, pc, and xbox one all do not credit a daily played

    Hello Christopher, sorry for the late answer. Just moved my Xbox to my new place and tried what you told me.

    I retired the account, rebooted the series x and connect my account again. Now playing Haven and none of the mentioned quests is unlocking…

    Weird

    Update :

    I did work for Slay the Spire one as you can see… really don’t understand

    Hi there Pepita welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried logging off your account and then in to see if the achievement unlocks?
