    Hello. Together with 4 Friends we all bought the promotion for 12 months of gamepass to get the Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 3 codes.

    All my 4 Friends received the codes already.

    I am on day 8 and not codes.

    I have no confidence either. Hopefully time (and MS great algorithm to supply the codes before Oct 21st) will set us free of this agony.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.

    I am having the same issue. I bought the promotion on 9/19 and haven't received my codes. Based on this response I will wait the 7-10days before contacting support, but wanted to post to have further record. If I don't receive anything what is the best
    department to reach out to?

    They are your games. They are not added to GamePass. You own them.
