    it's been eleven days since the purchase of the promotion, and i haven't got the codes for forza MS 7 and horizon 3 yet, my gamepass works just fines, but i haven't received the codes.

    here is the email confirming the purchase.

    i am a longtime user and love forza's games, help me out please!

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the situation, It looks like you still haven't received your codes for Forza yet. I removed the photo from the original post because it had personal identifiable information. As previously stated by the ambassador
    the game codes can come in before or as late as October 21st of 2018. With that being said please rest assured knowing that we will resolve the issue. If you have any other questions for us one option I suggest is to

    Unfortunately the fine print states they have time until 21 Oct to provide the codes. Shame on MS.

    I have no confidence either. Hopefully time (and MS great algorithm to supply the codes before Oct 21st) will set us free of this agony.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.

    They are your games. They are not added to GamePass. You own them.
