Keep in mind that you will gain access to Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 within 7-10 days after purchasing Xbox Game Pass. These codes get sent out in waves so you could be in the next wave.

Hello. Together with 4 Friends we all bought the promotion for 12 months of gamepass to get the Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 3 codes.

All my 4 Friends received the codes already.

I am on day 8 and not codes.

This is something that can take a bit of time and can be received via
Xbox Message Center (Messages from Xbox on console ), likely within 7-10 days, but no later than October 21, 2018.

Another issue: I have changed my gamertag from AnimalShoe99263 after it was created. Why does this site still shows my unexistent gamertag?

 

The display name you use here can be different there are to options use a display name or GT. Make sure you Don't have display name filled in with the old GT.

As far as the codes make sure that the purchase completed. If it has you can
contact Us to make sure nothing wrong with the purchase.

It can take up to 7-10 business days for you to receive the codes in question.

The purchase went ok since I receive the 12 months game pass extension and I was charged in my credit card.

The issue is I bought it to get those games to use in my holidays. It was not advertised that it could take up to 7 days or 10 days or 7 working days or 10 working days.

After 10 working days since my purchase I will not be on vacations anymore.

This is not serious to have the buyers waiting until 7 days then 10 days then 7 working days then 10 working days. Then you are going to say: you can recieve the code up to 30 days from the purchase and I have to keep waiting?

 

I understand the frustration, but there is no specified date as to when the codes get sent out. I have purchased it also and have not received my codes either so I just waiting. If you like you can

Well, its a frustration because what you stated: there is no specific date as to when the codes get sent out.

Why do you say 7 days, 10 days, 7 working 10 working. What is it then? 7, 10, 7 working, 10 working, not specific or 30 dayus or 365 days?

It is frustrating.

Hope other users provides feedback.

I have three friends who bought the promo on 11-Sep, 14-Sep, 14-Sep and received the codes on 19-Sep I bought it the same day that the others and still wondering if I would really receive the codes.

As you say, this is frustrating and it shouldnt be. The codes should be delivered the day the promo was bought.

Just feeling better to have other users feedback if not a true answer as when the codes will be delivered from Microsoft.

7-10 days is only true for selected people. Some even got codes after 3-5 days.

It's frustrating for me too because i still play these Forza games, but only had them on physical discs.

I gave away my discs over a week ago, because i didn't know it could take up to weeks to get the codes.

The worst is that noone at Xbox Support chat/phone can even check up on this issue, as they don't have access to it.

A friend of mine got the codes after 3-4 days, and he paid 1 day later than me.

I know it may seem unfair why others may have gotten the code before, and while I agree that the code should be sent the day you make the purchase, there may be some things on the backend that cause a delay or take time to verify certain things. You should
get the codes soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

To answer your question about the old Gamertag. You can change your display name here on the forums. Just select your profile and then select edit profile and you can change your display name to whatever you choose.

Thanks for the support! I have an acquanintaince who received the code 48 hours since bought. This is outraging. I bought the promo to be able to play the games during my week off. Still no codes and my holidays are coming to an end.

The "support" guys still refer to the full details of the promo which were not detailed in the link when you buy the promo.

This is clearly a missleading promotion and sales.

I really dont know what to do since our hands are tied now. I even tried to ask for the money back and I was denied that option too.

 

Which region are you in? It maybe the promotion is not available in your region as far as I am aware it is US only
