Gamepass 12 months Forza Codes

Europe, and this promotion is for USA and Europe.

You always get a warning on region locked promotions, and can't purchase. Also. If it's region locked, it would say so in the promotion page, and it's impossible to pay from wrong region.

This promotion is worldwide and redirects you to the country you live in on the offer for purchase.

The great thing with Microsoft is that they are mostly global on deals, while Sony and Nintendo is too region focused. On sony and Nintendo consoles you miss out on loads of good deals due to region locking. Europe nearly always get's the worst deals on
those consoles.

 

You are not alone. After 12 days me and a bunch of others still haven't got any codes.

7-10 days is only true for selected people. Some even got codes after 3-5 days.

It's frustrating for me too because i still play these Forza games, but only had them on physical discs.

I gave away my discs over a week ago, because i didn't know it could take up to weeks to get the codes.

The worst is that noone at Xbox Support chat/phone can even check up on this issue, as they don't have access to it.

A friend of mine got the codes after 3-4 days, and he paid 1 day later than me.

Thanks for the support! I have an acquanintaince who received the code 48 hours since bought. This is outraging. I bought the promo to be able to play the games during my week off. Still no codes and my holidays are coming to an end.

The "support" guys still refer to the full details of the promo which were not detailed in the link when you buy the promo.

This is clearly a missleading promotion and sales.

I really dont know what to do since our hands are tied now. I even tried to ask for the money back and I was denied that option too.

No problem, but my post didn't help much.

It helps for us that we are not alone on this "problem".

When someone buys a promotion after us, its unfair that they get the full deal first including codes.

That doesen't make sense.

We just have to wait longer and see if we get any codes.

I probably check Xbox Messages 10+ times daily on cell phone and Windows 10 Xbox app.

There is nothing anyone can do right now it seems. Atleast 3 different mods here replied on the same thing, so that's nice.

 

I just wanna say that i finally got the codes right now, and i redeemed both with no problems.

Everything is 100% for me then.

It took 12 days for me, so hopefully the others with delayed messages get's the codes fast.

Ten days have passed for me. I have not received a message from Xbox message center yet. I completed the offer on 9/16. What is the best way to proceed? Is this something I can resolve with a live chat, or would I need to call?

I received my codes at about 3pm today. I am good to go.

 

I haven't received my codes yet, I'm on day 12 since I paid for the offer.

I got on the chat and it was very unhelpful. Said oh you are likely outside the 7-10 days then but can't tell you when, just keep checking the message centre...

 

Do you get to own the games or are they just available to you through the subscription

 

I'm on day 12 now but still no codes. Hoping something drops soon, I'm itching for some FM7 !

 

At day 11 I asked for refund because nobody tells you that you might have to wait until October 21st for the codes.

Did you buy it through the console?

I'm trying to understand the difference since receiving the codes at 48 hours or still waiting after 12 days.

I had bought mine through web. Part charged to MS balance and part to credit card. Maybe that was the issue for me...

The wishy-washy semi open endedness of it is very frustrating. Especially when EVERYONE I know that has taken the offer has got the codes.

Basically the terms tempt you in saying probably a week or so (which is how pretty much everyone read it.. 7-10 days..) but in reality say 'We don't know, could be anytime in 5 weeks after you purchased' You must be able to see that's frrustrating for customers
that have spent their cash up front and isn't really acceptable. I suppose I should have known better than to think I would have been satisfied by answers from the helpdesk or the support pages.
