Even for us (family of 4, 3 of which are regular xbox users) we have two consoles which is fine as I game share onto the other xbox and buy all digital items through the primary account, but the two kids keep arguing over who gets to play when and my partner
and me arent good at sharing either, it would definately be an incentive for us if there was a family share system in place. Project Xcloud makes it slightly easier. Or if you could stream one game through a phone or laptop in the background while playing
another straight through the series x that would be useful too

Certain games I'll always choose my gaming laptop over my Xbox. I'm currently playing Two Point Hospital on my laptop as I find that type of game easier with a mouse and keyboard.

Some "big" games from Game Pass (Subnautica, Ark for example) have also been played on my laptop as the SSD I have makes them load so much faster.

Hi, you can't enter proxy details into the Xbox directly, they only way to do this (or try) is to share the laptop's connection to your Xbox, however for that you would need two Ethernet ports (unlikely on a laptop without buying another PCMCIA card) unless
your laptop can connect wirelessly to the network and share the wireless to the Ethernet port?

I wasn't able to edit my post, but I wanted to make it clear that I'm not looking to transfer licenses. I just want to be able to access my DLC here while keeping it permanently available at home. It sounds like that fits what you said, Hassassinade.

Would I still be able to play with her online using the same DLC, as I would at home? As in, Co-op play or deathmatch, that kind of thing?

You should be able to, yes. As long as she's of course playing her own Xbox LIVE Gold account.
