gamebreaking problem in Forza Horizon 3 (sorry for bad English)

I bought Forza Horizon 3 yesterday and so far everything was allright. I didn't get that far into the game because after the first race (against the heli) there was a big problem.

So I finished the race and got into the Centenario but there are no Drivatars! First I didn't really noticed it but after I got the the yellow circle the Ferrari didn't spawn! Because of that I can't make any progress and the game was until now so good I
don't want to return it.

I will be very grateful for every tipp I can get.

Crash at start Forza horizon 3 PC

I just download Forza Horizon 3 today, of that I launch the game it crash.

I fixed the problem myself.

After I made some minor changes and restarted my computer several times it suddenly worked.

I have the same problem in France, nat open, factory setting, profil deleted and redl etc, Forza Horizon, Rare Replay etc won't sync yesterday and today, please help and sorry for the bad english i am french.

I have the same problem but....

Xbox 360 Slim Glossy = Forza Horizon runs perfect (on this Console i buy Forza on demand)

Xbox 360 Slim Matte = Disc unreadable

Xbox 360 E (Xbox One Design) = Disc unreadable

I ´ve change the HDD from the Glossy to Matte and E but it comes "Disc unreadable".

Copy the files from Glossy to another Console do not work.
