    Does anyone else have trouble using this as much as i do cause it crashes all the time constantly it will work for parties sometimes but always disconnects me all the time and just says connecting and i cant join another party if im already in a party
    and it makes it freeze up so im always using control shift esc to open the task manager to close out of it and i wont be able to use the console companion after the 15th cause messaging will be disabled for the app and its sad to see it go cause it actually
    works all the time when i join a party but certain games i cant except invites from so i use the new xbox app to accept those notifications and idk what to do casue the console companion works and the gamebar always crashes since the new update there needs
    to be an option to roll back to a previous version of the gamebar cause the current version always crashes if anyone has a link to an older version of the gamebar let me know cause atleast that will work and ive been complaining to microsoft about how ****
    the gamebar app is and i have a quad core pc intel i5 and nvidia gt 1030 which should be easily able to run the app but they dont listen to their customers they just ignore us all the time the gamebar only has a 2 star rating on the app store so why arent
    they listening to us and switching to something that doesnt even work properly

    Game Invite sound in Windows even when the app is fully closed

    it comes through gamebar, open gamebar and you can adjust the notification there, or open setting and adjust notifications for certain times. gamebar runs all the time in the background and the only way to remove gamebar is via a shell command but then that messes up the invite system then.

    check windows store for gamebar update, if not then uninstall gamebar and re install.

    You can’t uninstall the Gamebar, however you can shut it off in the Gamebar settings.

    Looking For Group PC To Console

    Open Gamebar open Gamebar Widget Menu and add "Looking for group". Done.

    Open Console Companion and do like always. Done

    Don't open Xbox App because Xbox App is not Gamebar nor Companion.

    use gamebar for party chat instead then you can pop into gamebar setting and set the default mic and output in there better.
