Game4Paul Charity - Anyone else get ripped off?

Through the Xbox/ReachoutWorldwide charity event posted on Microsoft's pages, I was linked to the charity site. I donated in exchange for a Forza Horizon 4 game code which I've not received. ROWW has a disconnected phone number on their website, so I cannot
contact them and Microsoft just keeps saying they don't know anything.

Anyone else get ripped off?

Link. I am not sure where you seen that promotion but all rewards for donating are listed there.

It was there. I know its not any more which is part of my problem in tracking this down. Never dreamt I’d need a screenshot. There were 5 available. I bought one and when I had checked back a few hours later someone else had bought one as well. All I have
is my receipt. But I can’t get ROWW to answer anything. I had checked back because I thought I’d get the code that day so I could join the online part of the fundraiser.

Thank you. I have done that once already (and now again). I've also emailed the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email address on the receipt, the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** email address on the Reachout Worldwide website, filled out the web email form on their site, contacted Microsoft Rewards
(that is where I clicked the link that led me to the promotion) and they sent me to Xbox support who "claim" they knew nothing of the charity partnership - even though I pointed them to the Xbox News page advertising it (here).
I've also tweeted at ROWW, Xbox, Xbox Support, Major Nelson, Forza Motorsport and Official Xbox magazine.

At this point, I guess I have to file a fraud complaint with my credit card and a better business bureau complaint against Reachout Worldwide and Microsoft, though I don't want to do that if I can help it.
