    Game wont shows up in gaming tab


    Hello!

    Sorry about my poor english btw...

    Recently I played mass effect legendary edition and i completed it and 91% of achievements , then i decide to complete the orginal ones as the same for achievements.

    Now im playing ME1 360 version , but it wont shows up on my "Gaming" tab in my profile , no mass effect!

    • I unlocked 5 achievements that worth 95 gamescore... (at this moment)
    • I can confirm that 95 gamescore are added to my total gamescore , so it count
    • I can see those unlocked achievements in my "Social" tab and "Activity feed" (and last one in welcome)
    • I can see those unlocked achievements in my 360 dashboard
    But no in my "gaming" tab , there is no "mass effect" here and no percentage about it

    So im grateful if you fix it for me.

    • Game version: 360 Digital version (no disc)
    • license: Gamepass
    • Download date: 2 day ago
    • Xbox system update: Latest
    • Screenshot: it says "hades" as my last game but im playing ME1 360 right now

    Hi Josef!!! Thank you for helping me!

    I read that thread right now!! I maen all of it , then i checked my list , its right , now i realize its not just Mass Effect , I miss mirror age and final fantasy 13 and FF13-2 too! should I add those to that thread??? cuz someone mentioned about ME1 and Mirror but they miss "FF"

    and should I mark this post as a solve???

    Sorry for the inconveniences, right now there is an ongoing issue with the Xbox 360 achievements. Some games achievements are not displayed on the newer systems.

    Microsoft is already aware of the issue and they're investigating it.

    Game bought but wont show up

    In such kind of issues you might want to try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If the game still doesn't show up, try to soft reset your console.
