Game wont run

-Install Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 on x86 and x64 architecture (if your processor has x64 architecture, install both, not just one)

Tip: If it shows that it's already installed, select the option to remove it. Then install both again. But it is necessary to remove previously.

-Install Visual Studio 2013 on x86 and x64 architecture (if your processor has x64 architecture, install both, not just one)

Tip: If it shows that it's already installed, select the option to remove it. Then install both again. But it is necessary to remove previously.

-Install Visual Studio 2012 on x86 and x64 architecture (if your processor has x64 architecture, install both, not just one)

Tip: If it shows that it's already installed, select the option to remove it. Then install both again. But it is necessary to remove previously.

-Install Visual Studio 2010 on x86 and x64 architecture (if your processor has x64 architecture, install both, not just one)

Tip: If it shows that it's already installed, select the option to remove it. Then install both again. But it is necessary to remove previously.

Restart the system, reinstale the game and test.

Hi there Lucy welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Well, I suggest you try this:

Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!

this is what i get whenever i run it. not just this certain game, almost every single game i play

i'd appreciate it if someone could help me as its my summer break and i was really looking forward to playing games before school opens ;(

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step please try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

If the issue persists, please select Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate Mac address : CLEAR > Restart.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I tried out all the steps but the game still wont run
