    Game won’t play. Keeps going to home screen


    I’m trying to play the new Texas chainsaw massacre game on game pass but it keeps going to the Home Screen after almost loading. What can I do so the game will launch and I can play? I’ve tried everything

    Make sure your internet is connected properly and try resetting the modem to the IP if updated. Also make sure your subscription is active on the console as primary. try to exit the game and enter again. How is a launch and multiplayer game can happen connection and server problems at the beginning

    I keep clearing my cache and it keeps trying to automatically update the game and when I cancel it takes me back to my home screen :(

    Have you tried pinning the game to your home screen? If you haven't done so, that should keep the game showing on your home screen even if you're not playing it.

    I see you tried reinstalling the app. Did you clear the cache and then restart the console before reinstalling it?
