    Game wont open/crashes every time + Game Save info missing

    Platform: Xbox Game Pass (PC)
    GamerTag: DominoPanda23
    Game: Forza Horizon 5
    Error Code: error code e47-0

    A majority of the time, when I open the game, it doesnt get past the fist logo picture, and shuts itself down, no crash report.
    A few times it has managed to get as far as the loading screen, and shuts down.
    It managed to get to the menu once, where it told me it couldnt find my data/couldnt sync.

    This has only started happening since the last update from what I can tell.

    The game runs fine on cloud gaming and synced, but can not join any friend lobbies in multiplayer/no one can join me.

    I have tried uninstalling + reinstalling, restarting PC, waiting a few days and trying again, running as admin, repairing the game app, repairing the store app, repairing the xbox app, and more and nothing has worked.

    How to recover corrupted saved game

    I think the only save I have is the corrupted one. I erased local game data and synched it from the cloud, and it still crashes every time I open it. For future reference do you know how to have two saves on the xbox one? I usually leave it up to the game
    to automatically save my game progress.

    My game is downloaded and this does the exact same thing. In fact every time there’s a cutscene my game crashes. My game has crashed like over 50 times since playing it. It sucks that I have to end a day early for the game to save.

    We've only had our Xbox for 6 days and in that time have already lost all saved game data for Lego Marvel (twice), Forza 6 and Terarria. Is this a common problem for the Xbox? I'm struggling to find any further info. We've also experienced a number of game
    crashes in that same time frame but the times of the crashes don't correlate with saved game data loss.
