    Game won't load my account


    I was in the middle of playing when the game froze, booted me out, and now it won't load, tries and fails to sync content, and says it can't find any saved game stuff. I just got ESO Plus yesterday, and up until 20 minutes ago, everything was working fantastic.
    Does this have anything to do with the XBox Live problem going on right now? Because several of my friends are showing as playing ESO right now, and that pisses me off that I can't. Especially after spending money on this yesterday.

    Great! I can't play my digital games!!

    It won't load my games, I am obviously in the account that I used to download the games and I've played several times without a problem, now SO and CoD AW won't load and it gives me the code (0x87de2714)

    Man, is this a great console or what? it won't allow me to play MY GAMES!!!

    Gears of war 3 on xbox one won't load account

    Sorry to hear you're upset. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    Hello Hellycat,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with your console. First we recommend to
    power cycle     the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. If this doesn't do the trick, then do a

    soft factory reset    .

    Make sure you know email/password to the accounts on the console before the reset.
