    Hey there! Before anyone says… yes I’ve already tried contacting Microsoft and following their instructions but nothing works. I click on a game to load it but still nothing happens, I don’t even get an error message.

    How do I contact EA support? I have tried the EA help website but it won’t let me email anyone or call them. I don’t know how to contact them and I have already tried the steps they suggested.

    Nothing it says disc unreadable, and I followed some steps I seen on YouTube tried it and it said game error try reinstalling game I’ve deleted and downloaded it three times and it will not work twice it worked but when came off line it won’t load up and now it won’t load full stop

    I’ve tried what you suggested and various other solutions I’ve found in different articles - remove profile and fortnite still won’t load. It’s still saying installation stopped.

    The call back option for Microsoft support is now unavailable and I can’t find an option for web chat.

    I really don’t know what else I can try.

    I contacted Epic Games who were super helpful and tried a couple of things for me, but they’ve said it’s a console issue therefore I need to contact Microsoft.

    Any help out there would be appreciated
