    game wont launch when being shared


    Ive recently shared sea of thieves with my friend who also has a pc but he keeps getting the error code 0x800750005 everytime he tries to launch it. We tried upgrading all his drivers, repairing the game, reinstaliing and switching accounts but it still wont let him open it

    Game sharing outside of your physical address is a violation of terms of service and can lead to account and hardware Bans

    In the notifications at the top left of the screen there will be a notification about the game being ready launch.

    It wont give you any more details than that though.

    With Wolfenstein being launched on gamepass, its hard to get any thought on the gold game. Easy to say that i wont be paying any attention to them.

    Yes i am trying to play and it still wont let me. And i have never game shared with anyone. The error message says

    “Error 0x82D40007 occurs when you launch a game. Sign in with the account that purchased the game or app, or, if its a trial version that has expired, purchase the game or app from the Microsoft store” The games are still up on gamepass i believe
