    Game won’t launch. Keeps saying “Do you own this game or app?”


    Hey everyone, as you can read the title it states what’s going with my current situation. So I just got fallout 4 and it wont launch. I’ve tried restarting and everything else but still won’t launch. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

    Game saying "Do you own this game or app"

    This week i got Forza Motorsport 6 with my free games with gold and the first time i played this week it was fine but then the next day i clicked the game it said "Do you own this game or app. So then i checked to see if i still had the game installed and
    i did so then i tryed again and it said the same thing. Aftter that i unistalled it and reinstalled it and it said "Do you own this game or app. Now i don't know what to do.

    Have you tried to clear the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs?

    I reset my Xbox because cod Cold War kept trying to make me buy gold pass when I logged back in it won’t let me finish downloading it and the rest of the cross-gen pack stuff and won’t let me play

    Xbox 1,when ever I click on the game it’s says do you own this game view in App Store no error messages besides

    the do you own this game (it won’t let me play any other of my games that I’ve payed for it shows the same message) tried resetting again and logging back (didn’t work)
