    This is the error code we are still getting.

    NBA 2K21

    Xbox One S

    We’ve installed, removed, reinstalled over a dozen times now. We have extra space on an external hard drive so it’s not that we don’t have enough room.

    We have Xbox gold that’s good through November 2021.

    We just got this game for Christmas and haven’t even been able to use it. We contscted NBA 2K 21 support, they advised this is a microsoft issue. Ive tried to contact microsoft support, but the dumb auto selections populate things that don’t pertain
    to our issues and it never gets me to an actual chat or person,

    What’s going on?!!!!!!

    0x82D40007     , please ensure that the profile that you're using to launch the game is the same that the code was redeemed to. If someone else bought the game, either have them sign in so you can play, or have them set this console as their home Xbox.
    On the owner’s home Xbox, other users can play the owner’s games.

    Should this still happen on the correct profile, I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article. “My
    Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay    ” and see if that helps.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Im reinstalling now but it took over 24hrs to download the game(56 gigs and 5/mbps internet :/ ). Hoping it works when it finishes but looking for advice incase it doesnt.
