Game wont istall from disk

Recently purchased 3 New games. 2 are xbox 1 or xbox 360 either should play them. They don't show in que or ready to install they do nothing. I have an xbox 1 . DVDs do play just fine. I don't get an error message . The other game that will only run
on an xbox 1 installs properly. The 2 games that wont install is Call of Duty world at War and Call of Duty Black Ops 2.

Nothing helped. Is there something I need to download, This is the first time of me trying to install a xbox 360 game. The case it came in does show it working with xbox1. My console is an xbox 1 s if that matters.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to complete installation of these games on Xbox One. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confusing. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support pages entitled Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One.

it starts the disk to make sure you have the game. then after that it will play off the hard drive.

if microsoft let you play games from the hard drive without having the disk then everyone would borrow or rent games just to istall them without buying them lol.
