Game won't install on XBOX PC App that I own on Console (0x80073cf3)

Have tried those steps to no success. Should I Uninstaller it from my Xbox, would that make it work on the PC?

so now there's an update that won't download, it just stops and gives a new error code 0x80073cf3. When you look this one up it says to uninstall so you can install the update but the problem is is there is no store app.

If its not specifically listed as the PC version of the game on the Microsoft store app, then no. Because I own games on console that I haven't installed/bought on PC that says I own that version the game on the PC. Whereas some of the puzzle games I like
that I own on console don't say I own them on PC as they are two different ports.
