Game will not update or install after doing every possible fix recommended by xbox

Assuming you've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by Xbox, such as restarting your console and checking your internet connection, there are a few other things you can try:



1. Clear your console's cache: Sometimes, a corrupted cache can cause issues with game updates and installations. To clear your cache, follow these steps:

- Press and hold the power button on your console until it turns off completely.

- Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.

- Wait at least 10 seconds, then plug the power cable back in and turn on your console.

Also Radebe57 I would recommend disconnecting the internet, doing the power cycle, and then install the game. Don't connect the internet until after the install. That way it installs only the game and not updates first.

Yes, My issue begin after upgraded to Windows 11. and I'm install SoT before update to Windows11 i think maybe 2-3 month prior but didn't play SoT a lot so i didn't know a issue is from my end or just Windows 11 error. I tried every possible way re-install game, update Windows11, update GPU driver, sign out from Xbox Live, change setting to cursed via Nvidia Geforce, Change to window mode. Last things i didn't try is re-install Windows or downgrade to Windows10. If possible can you contact me if you found any solution to fix this issue without re-install my windows.
