Discus and support Game will not load so I cannot continue to play.     Am playing with animals but can't get past the Leafy Anole. The puzzle won't load thus I cannot continue on and play the other puzzles. Please help!!!!!

    "Rock Formations" in Microsoft Jigsaw

    Tried to download "Rock Formations" in Microsoft Jigsaw but will only load a little over 3/4 and stops. How do I get it to continue to load?

    Xbox One Minecraft Edition crashes when attempting to load or join online game.

    Same thing happening to me. Every time I hit load it freezes, so cannot continue with previous tutorial where I left off and cannot play a new game.

    Update number 2, That did not fix it. I have to clear the cache every time I exit the game or it won't re-load, game is constantly hanging at the same point, and the map seems to stop loading beyond a certain spot, very early in the game.

    and they told me it should auto save on its own but it doesn't do it when I get back to my career it shows me this file cannot be loaded so now I do is just hit the Xbox controller button and it willjust take you to your home page but you cannot get out
    of career mode or any kind of mode because if you do that it will said this file cannot be loaded and I don't know how its online because I have just playing offline

    Ive had that issue from day one w the thing very frustrating so I just stop using it for tv. But now I have issues w certain games and more everyday never getting past the loading screen. Also a few of my apps such as U tube have stop working all together....
