game will not load, HELP!

i have 2 games, both of which will go to the title screen,black screen,loading screen and then return to the home page!?!?!

i have tried reinstalling both games(across separate days),holding the xbox one power button for 10 seconds, googling it, AND playing a couple games between launches.HELP!

my games are, fifa 16 and guitar hero live. it is a real shame because i have the guitar for guitar hero live and have been wanting fifa 16 for a LONG time.

again,HELP!!

Gears or War 4

Can somebody help me? I updated gears of wars, but it does not load the game anymore, it loads the intro but then it goes out, it does not start the game. Can somebody help me?

loading screen not loadin

The main screen only loads partially - the play,mini game and server - the rest will not load..Any ideas or help

Sorry to hear about the trouble loading games! To check, have you tried this issue across multiple profiles as well? If not, please give another profile a try to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with how it goes

Hi I am a excerpt with this what you do if its a disk you take it put a new game in and then take it out and put fifi 16 in, another option is turn off the xbox for one hour then turn back on if it still doest work at the point check the wifi and if wifi
is working then check if it needs a update after all that is done and still not working take the game or contact fifi and take the games in where you biught it from and they can fix it there

switch xbox off at wall, reset your router, when router fully started back up then start the xbox one, let us know if this does anything.

Hi, I had the same problem the only way I fixed it was to restore factory settings but make sure you move anything important like games to an external hard drive as it will wipe everything from your Xbox!! As for saved games, as long as you have played online
for those games they sync back once you click into them after the reset.

Hi,

My FIFA15 is working but can't see the football!

If a goal is scored then on any replay not only is there no ball but the players legs are missing from the shins below I.e. No feet visible.

Any ideas on how to solve?
