    game was removed from my library and now it says i have to re-buy it


    i bought the original Lords of the Fallen way back in 2015 for about $7-$9, and i got into an argument about something in the game, and went to download the game to settle the argument, and low and behold, the game is no longer in my library, the store now says i have to buy the game again, and its too far back to grab the purchase info to get support to fix it

    what am i supposed to do in this situation?

    and why can games you bought just be removed from your library without notifying you or asking permission?

    Starfield preload keeps failing to download

    I had actually pre-installed the game last week, but when I checked today it was trying to do an update and was getting the same error. When I clicked on cancel update it actually completely removed the game from my PC and removed it from my library. Now I get the same error trying to re-pre-install.

    Try to remove the profile that has the game, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

    If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    The disc is inside the Xbox? If not you need to insert the disc

    If the disc is inside

    Remove the disc

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    Insert the disc during the Xbox screen

    my game keeps saying installing stoped at 3.6% and will not go any farther then that ive tryed everthing nothing works the game is ark survival

    Maybe try removing it completely from your library and re-installing it ?

    Forza Horizon 5 Premium no longer letting me play early access......

    I did notice the base game was no longer in my library, and it does say declined. But why would it have let me play the last 2 days if it was declined? Re purchased and reinstalling now to see if that works. Thanks
