Game was freezing in same spot so I reset the OS and now my game says it's installed but...

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the game "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition" on your Xbox console. There are number of possible reasons why this issue happened. This could be due to corrupted game files or conflicting software or antivirus program. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

In the meantime, I would suggest to try the following steps o resolve this issue



1. Clear the cache on your Xbox console. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has turned off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back in and turn on the console.



2. Uninstall and reinstall the game. To do this, go to "My games & apps" on your Xbox dashboard, select "Games", find "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition", press the "Menu" button on your controller, and select "Uninstall". Once the game has been uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store, search for the game, and reinstall it.



3. Check for updates. Make sure that your Xbox console and the game are up to date. To check for updates, go to "Settings" on your Xbox dashboard, select "System", and then select "Updates & downloads". If there are any updates available, download and install them.

I think its the equivalent of a game freezing on the Xbox 360, now that we have 3 OS's (system OS, game OS & app OS) it means that if a game freezes (or whatever the equivalent is on X1) the system OS detects it and closes the game down.

My game ins't freezing its crashing in the same spot over and over again.

I did both, no change. It seems like in every game pass game I try it’s freezing in the same spot, like a spot that the game would be creating a save point.
