Game Vanishes!

Microsoft Solitaire, Wordament, Taptiles, and Microsoft Mahjong are the games that just vanish. I'm running Win 8.1 after upgrading from Win 8 on a Sony PC.

The only way I get the games to play is to uninstall them and reinstall each one again. This has been going on for at least a week now since I upgraded.

It happens after I've shut down my computer for the night, and then after starting it up in the mornings the games will load but then they disappear off the screen. It seems to only occur after a restart or a complete shut down of the PC. This uninstalling
and reinstalling is simply a nuisance. I don't understand why shutting off or restarting a computer would cause these 4 games to go bonkers.

I've already performed all the suggestions that were posted about the Taptiles game hoping it would help but nothing has helped so far. All my other Xbox games function okay except for these 4.

Downloaded game vanishes

I bought BioShock 2 on Live, and attempted to download it. However, every time I try to play it, it vanishes from My Games before I can launch it. The tile will be there, and then gone. Attempting to launch it from the Pins page, just takes me to
Download Again. I've tried doing that several times, but the same thing happens. What's going on?

Thank you, Monsieur for your response. Think maybe you're right about contacting Microsoft. I can't figure it out, and it only happens after a complete shut down or restart. So, it must have some to do with the OS. I appreciate your response.
