Game Uninstalled After Power Outage

Hello,

I recently had to drive to a friends house to download Phantasy Star Online 2 on my PC due to my internet only handling 700KB/s and the game being a whopping 11+93GB. I just had a power outage while playing the game today and the Microsoft Store is wanting
me to re-download the entire game which is not feasible with my internet unless I want to wait several days. Is there any way to retrieve the lost data or am I going to have to reinstall the game entirely? If I do have to reinstall the game, is there a safe
way to reinstall it to where this will not occur again should my electric go out while playing once more?

You can use internet plans with your telephone company, sometimes they give unlimited data for a certain amount and the download speed is very good, I personally use that, and even if you have a light failure, the downloaded data will not be uninstalled
