Game Transcription?

I am trying to use Game Transcription but I do not even see the option. Is this still a setting that the Xbox One supports?

Turn on game transcription

On Xbox One

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide, then select System > Settings > Ease of Access >
Game transcription.

To transcribe other players' voices into text, select Speech-to-text.

To have your chat text read aloud to other players, select Text-to-speech. To choose the voice that other players will hear when your chat text is read aloud, select one of the available voices in the
Text-to-speech voice menu.

To have games read aloud certain words that appear on the screen, select Let games read to me.

The FAQ section makes me think support for this feature has to be implemented by the game developer before the console can use this feature and it is also only listing two games as being supported by this feature.

So I have to launch a supported game first before the option will even appear in the Xbox One settings?

I have just checked on my console and the availability of this feature is based on the location the console has been set to.

My console is set as in the United Kingdom and this feature is not available however when I changed my console location to the United States this feature is then available to me to try to see if the UK can get this feature I would encourage you to use the
Xbox Uservoice website to post the suggestion to see if feature can be made available in other locations.

Please note I do not advise you to change your console location to get access to this feature as this may then cause you other issues.
