    I have redeemed a code for Forza Horizon 3 and although it's installed the game it won't launch. I've tried all the troubleshooting issues on offer but it still won't launch. Anyone else had this problem?

    Why does the Xbox app keep reinstalling my games, and why can't I get Rage 2 to read my existing saves after said reinstall?

    Error appears once game is installed and is launched a 2nd time. Works fine the first launch after install, but always errors out on the 2nd launch.

    Have you managed to solve this issue? It still doesn't launch... I've recently done a clean install of windows 10.

    No nothing at all. I've gone into queue and it's there but won't launch. I uploaded the code yesterday so it's now coming up to 24 hours ago. I uploaded another code at the same time with no bother.

    Can anyone help me with my xbox app not installing/launching games?

    I've tried to install apps from Microsoft store like whatsapp and they have installed and launched perfectly fine but when trying to launch a game that was installed on the xbox app like dragon ball fighters z it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001.

    The name of the bug report is "[Xbox Forum] Can anyone help me with my xbox app not installing/launching games?"
