Game that was purchased and was playing is now gone from my library.

All games I once purchased on Microsoft store has now disappeared from my library.

They do not exist in my library now.

I followed guide lines which I found in an answer to a question similar to mine:

To check it, do the following steps:
Start - Microsoft Store -select (three dots), up by your account picture
Select My Library. If you see an app or game with a Download icon, it means that it hasn't been downloaded yet. Choose the Download icon and download and reinstall your games

Your purchases can be checked in your order history. Follow this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

The invoice for games that I am missing are in my orders but there is no where I can actually find them to re-download/update

Also try just looking up the games and they should have an install option. Or try checking your library in the Xbox App instead of the Microsoft Store app.

Let me clarify. I did all the proceeding steps. I can NOT find it in my Library. It is GONE from my library. It has ALWAYS been in my library but now it is gone.

This game was received in xbox gold, but now gone from my library of games and its not in the xbox store.

Yes, when viewing the game on the store page it says it can be purchased, and it doesn't show in the Xbox library. The payment shows in my purchase history and the money is gone from my PayPal account.
