Game that came with my xbox, is no longer there after repair.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with installing games you previously had on your console.

Are you able to see these games via your
Order history? If you are able to see them here, you should be able to install them remotely onto your console.

If you did not purchase them, its possible someone may have configured your console to be their

Home Xbox which would have allowed you to install and launch those titles.

When your console is serviced, standard protocol will have your console restored back to factory defaults, which removed all games, accounts and Home Xbox associations.

I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.

Yes if you've downloaded the game before you own it and if you find it in the store you should be able to download it rather than be asked to pay again as long as you are using the XBox LIVE account that downloaded it in the first place.

It better last longer than the 1st one which was a complete waste of cash, as my rubber grips came off just after a month best control I've ever got came with my xbox one x

I registered it shortly after the Xbox One S came out. I was told that my console will most likely have to be repaired, but it doesn’t show up in my account device section.
