Game textures not loading in and freezing for GTA online and “taken too long to start”

My xbox is a xbox one x project scorpio edition and is 3 years old. After the new Cayo perico update the game takes ages to load textures and render graphics which is followed by freezes that can last anywhere from 15 seconds to forever. This removes me
from my friend’s sessions and can happen in missions. Things such as opening the map, menu and calling in vehicles seem to take substantialy longer aswell. To fix this i have taken the following measures : Multiple power cycles a day, clearing blu-ray cache,
changing port and DNS to manual, clearing local saved games, uninstalling GTA V followed by a power cycle and then re-installing it, a factory reset keeping my games and apps, a factory reset removing everything, changing resolutions from 4K UHD to 1080p and
finally, a offline system update. None of these seem to have worked and I have contacted microsoft multiple times. Every time i try to see if i have fixed it now it stays on the loading screen with the three characters and comes up with “taken too long to
start” Other games such as rocket league seem to function perfectly fine however Red Dead online seems to have the same texture and rendering problem. How can i fix this with out paying £230 to get my xbox serviced and repaired and it might not even be broken

The load times are pretty much the same for all (not taking new gen into consideration) - as far as the freezing and crashing, I do have friends as well with the issue and without (more so now with the new update). The ones with the issue seems to be caused
by lower internet speeds and how many people are using the internet as well. One of my friends was able to get a pretty solid connection making sure to turn off everything that was running Wi-Fi and connecting his Xbox via ethernet cord. We are all on the
Xbox One X too.

If other games run perfectly fine, I highly doubt your Xbox is to blame.

GTA is widely known for its ridiculous load times and crashes. The new DLC only added to this problem, unfortunately all the steps you took wont do much as its a developer issue. I don't think its your xbox, I have the Original 1x and have the same issues
as well. RDR as well, could take some time to load and you would notice an odd texture here and there.

Are all your other games working just fine, with no crashes and significantly lower load times? If so, I would definitely say "It has nothing to do with your Xbox."

This happens for none of my friends though even though they have the original xbox one

My disc can boot, 50% of the time, it will not let me start a game. When trying to load a zombies map, It will freeze on loading textures.
