when you play a game on the Xbox One console, it synchronizes the save game with Xbox Live. If a console is powered down while the save was not fully synchronized, you can't continue where you left off on a different console. You will have to power on the
console last played on for a while so it can finish synchronizing. After it is synchronized you can continue on a different console again.

I can't say how long it takes to synchronize, but usually not very long.

Just logged in to the game and found out if my archive is missing or not synchronized. Tried the possible methods, but they couldn't synchronize. Now I don't know what to do.

Try clearing your local cache by holding down the powerbutton on your console for 10 seconds.

After that, retry.
