    Game stuck with Install Button


    I have installed other games successfully through the xbox beta app, but Vampyr is stuck with an Install button and Uninstall Game link that do nothing.

    When I view the game in the Store it is the same and will not install from there either. There are no error messages displayed from either, they just do nothing which is very unhelpful.

    When I first downloaded the game, after a few hours it just said something like queued. When I restarted my pc and the app it was then stuck in this state.

    Any suggestions?

    If anyone else has this issue, the next time I went to the Microsoft Store instead of the app, I was able to download the game from Downloads and Updates.
    I'm happy this worked for you. :) I just read your post here and was about to comment the same. I've had this happen to me as well when the Install button doesn't work and it's stopped Installing. I was going to recommend that either to try shutting your
    Xbox down and restarting it, or change your storage device and try to Install it again. For instance, if I'm using my external storage and it does that, then I'll switch to my internal storage and then try to Install it again, and this usually works. Sorry

    Xbox App on Windows 11 doesn't install anything.

    In solution 2, i couldnt reinstall Gaming Services. It was stuck on Pending. And when i tried to install a game on Xbox Game Pass, it either shows me the Gaming Services popup or the button never appears because its stuck on "Preparing..."

    Update: got some progress. Download started but its at 0bytes/second. It doesnt progress
